How to get the big stuff done first, in your life and business.

I got a lovely email from Lisa this week asking if I have any advice on getting stuff done in her business.  Lisa has recently moved from full time employment into working for herself and wondered if I had any tips on organising your own time when you don’t have a boss telling you what to do and when.

It can be tough.  One of the biggest joys of setting up on your own is that you have no-one to answer to, but it can soon become one of the biggest problems too.  Todays #BadassBusinessBite video contains one of my biggest productivity hacks – I hope it can help you out too.
