I got a lovely email from Lisa this week asking if I have any advice on getting stuff done in her business. Lisa has recently moved from full time employment into working for herself and wondered if I had any tips on organising your own time when you don’t have a boss telling you what to do and when.
It can be tough. One of the biggest joys of setting up on your own is that you have no-one to answer to, but it can soon become one of the biggest problems too. Todays #BadassBusinessBite video contains one of my biggest productivity hacks – I hope it can help you out too.

I made a quick video to share with you this morning after getting an email from the lovely Jessie. Jessie has recently set up a fine jewellery business, and has asked me what on earth to do with Twitter for her fledgling venture.
Twitter is a HUGE beast to tame. It can be really helpful in finding connections, building relationships and attracting lots of new customers, but it’s no fun if you let it overwhelm you. It has to be fun – otherwise, what’s the point? My super quick video today is all about how to get started, how to make it work for you and your business, and how to have A LOT of fun doing it.
